I have and I said it because I meant it. But to be honest if you can say "I don't love you ANYMORE" it means you never loved them in the first place because real love never dies.

my ex said that to me and well thats why she is my ex lol but man it hurts i mean i am sure it hurts to say it but when you hear it from a person you love soo much it really hurts but nothing you can do about it

I told my Xboyfriend that. Personally I was just hurt/angry, and I was trying to get over him. And then he ended up telling me that when I told him that it really hurt. : /. And it didnt help with getting over him either.

Yes, because after so much time goes by, you can just lose the feeling. Especially if they have been unfaithful, or abusive, it just goes away and never returns.
