Just move on......you can do better and don't let it bother you so much. Hey!!! he might change his mind and ask you for your number (and sometimes boys can be jerks, so he was probably acting like a jerk that day anyway)......

just go on,there are other fishes in the sea,he probably got issues or something,i mean sometimes people ask me for my number and i kinda reject them and i do have issues and there is really nothing wrong with them,so i guess the problem is him not u
