ok..so i like this guy but i dont know if he likes me back. he talks to me but also flirts with other girls when i am around. how can you tell if he likes me?? or any advice on how to make him understand!???

Ask him to hang out. Its in a guys blood to flirt.
Just hang out with him and see where it goes.
