I guess you're supposed to be a vegetarian, then.
Maybe in your mind the meat just sickens you?
If not, the blood in the meat could bother you, or something to do with the animal, or if the meat is bad it could be affecting you. If this always happens, skip the meat. Does chicken and fish do the same? Look for a source of protein that doesn't cause you to get sick, and stick to that.

Well, if Oprah comes on while I'm eating, I'll lose my lunch immediately.
You might not have a tolerance for whatever you're eating (like if the meat is fried or greasy), or you may have some mental hang-up about meat.

oatmeal is easy to digest compared to meat, but it shouldn't make you sick. If it happens often see a doctor.

maybe you are allergic to something or your stomach has a hard time digesting the meat. i would see your doctor.

it sounds like you have divatriculosucs...im sure i didn't spell right but it means that you have growths in your intestines and if they rupture you might even have bleeding from the rectum. ...talk to your doctor
