Oklahoma allows a farm license at 14, but it is for farm business only. IE: you need to go to town to buy feed, OK. If you get caught driving to school, license taken away until you are 18. It can be helpful, but it's not what most 14 yr. olds want.

Idaho used to be 14 in Idaho but it is 15 now... if there are any it is would likely be agricultural states, where the farming parents need help on the farm so they have there kids drive the tractor when they are 4 yrs old...

Kansas also allows 14 year olds to drive with a farm permit

I know you can drive in a bunch of states if you have an agricultural license, meaning you live on a farm and you can only drive within a few miles of it.

i have not heard of any ,,that allow this,i may be wrong,,but the lowest age is 15,,to the best of my knowledge,,good luck,
