I already know that Missouri doesn't have any. Which are the other ones?

all states have them. boca is the national code book. that doesn't mean that all states have building permits though. delaware doesn't.

I don't know if the state of Missouri has building codes. Most building codes I know are city or county codes. I doubt you will find any developed area in the US that does not have any building codes.

None. (That matter.) I guess if the population isn't large enough, you don't need them. (Although that doesn't make sense either!) Are you sure about the codes in Misery, I mean Missouri?

The deeper you go in the country the less problems with codes.
