I may be wrong but I don't think so. Different gifts for different people just as lay people.

Assalamu Alaykum
You've gotta have better arguments about the Bible than that!
Try http://answering-christianity.com
Don't look at the answers on this site: many lie about Christianity saying things that have nothing to do with the Bible (they're just trying to sell their religion).
For example - Isaiah didn't prophecize about Jesus' cruxi-fiction because there is no way that someone could get nailed through the hands and feet without breaking a bone.
Another example - Muhammad (PBUH&HF) is predicted in the Bible because of Deuteronomy 18:18 in where God says that He will raise a prophet among the brothers of the Israelites (the Ishamelites, the line that Muhammad (PBUH&HF) descended from) and that he (the Prophet) will be like Moses (Christians will say that he wasn't exactly like Moses, but the Bible doesn't say "exactly like Moses", now does it?).
Another example - There's a prophecy in the Bible predicting that a Prophet will have a nation on Earth, will be a general, etc. (all things that applied to Muhammad (PBUH&HF)).

Jesus healed ill ( Mark 2:1-12 ).The source of the miracle is God alone. The source of the miracle was understood by audience since they praised God as a result. Also, for Jesus to claim the power t forgive sins is in indirect but powerful claim of deity.
The purpose of miracle is to authenticate Jesus"claim as the " Son of Man" , a Messianic title, and His claim of deity.
The bible also records miracles that were not done by God or His prophets, but by those who rejected Him or militated against Him.
A number of things need to be taken into account when considering these type of miracles:
In every case the God of the Bible is denied and false gospel is proclaimed.
Their purposes are not benevolent but self serving.
In each case od responds to these miracles with demonstration of His power that proves His position of ultimate authority over these lesser powers.
The power to do these signs and wonders is not denied by Scripture but at the same time the power is not supernatural.
I do not know if all the prophets in the Bible have miracles. But Quran attributes NO miracles to Muhammed with one possible exception: the Quran itself. Sura 29:49-52

Ex 4:21 And Jehovah went on to say to Moses: “After you have gone and returned to Egypt see that YOU men actually perform all the miracles that I have put in your hand before Phar′aoh.
every prophet of Jehovah was used differently but all honor went to Jehovah and not the prophet

None recorded for Jonah. He was puked out of the fish and looked like death warmed over (which maybe helped him get attention), but all he did was preach. He can't really be credited for the results, either. Haggai likewise, preached to the returned Israelites to get back to work on glorifying God. He didn't do miracles, only preach. That was enough to make him a successful prophet, tho.
