Olive Oil Hair Spray. My mom smokes all the time and I CAN NOT STAND the way her hair smells so I spray it on her hair before we go out. Spray it on and rub it all of your head with your hands and hold the hair dryer over for about a minute. It will work fine.

Try using a dryer sheet. It's NOT a spray, but it will remove smoke odor and reduce fly aways too!

Febreeze....no just kidding:) just wash it until you can't smell it anymore, and then use a yummy smelling conditioner, and you should be fine.
