You're not supposed to ask this question to other people, because you won't find a single answer that will really help. Changing your attitude, it all depends on you. You won't change a bit if you don't put your mind into it. You gotta work hard for something you want.
Let's use the cause and effect psycho. So first thing's first: I want to show you how this works for me. Situations like, take controlling anger for example.
1.)What makes me angry, is when i get annoyed.
......So what i do is fix it and don't get myself annoyed. Don't think about the bad side of things but rather appreciate.
So my problem gets fixed and plus, i got peace in mind with me. Challenge yourself.
Good luck on your problem.
"Okay I'm in middle scholl 8th grade and i'm about to go to middle school and theres something that I want to change abou myself my ATTITUDE my question is................
Is there away that you can change your attitude especially controlling anger."
no offense but, seriously girl, you in eigth grade? it's "school". what's the matter with your typing? too many typo's, i'm figuring it ain't just a coincidence.

Wow-I'm impressed!
The biggest thing is usually recognizing the problem, and you've already done that.
Try to make yourself step back and take a breath before you do or say anything. Think about how you what you want to say or do will affect you or the other person.
Look for someone who could be a mentor and you could model your own behavior off of theirs.
If you are having serious problems with your anger or are feeling depressed or out of control, talk to your guidance counselor or ask your parents to take you to see a therapist who can help.

The 'norm' isn't working for the main human beings. i'm uncertain that the attitudes rather selection between individuals and Brts - yet yet another of our character flaws is merely to trust human beings for the sake of an ordinary existence - American's look plenty greater open than us. i'm having a gamble lots of the human beings who study your buddy's uk question secretly theory that she exchange into... below appropriate we could say - even although that's merely approximately in our nature to easily say, 'confident, you're appropriate!'. My son had this problem you have to find out what calms you down, and what ticks you off. He learned to stop getting angry by discussing with me and his dad what was making him so mad and coming up with solutions like breathing techiniques and 5 seconds thinking of something pleasant.
