I moved almost 2 years ago, and we have talked for the first time in 1 and a half years. We live 2 hours (car) apart. I want to show her I care, but, i don't know how, or if it is the right time. Please help.

write to her, stay in touch. when pple dont talk for too long they lose points of common interest.call or email often just to say hello or talk about how your day went. dont let your friendship die, stay in touch. be careful not to be excessive though.

Is this an ex-girlfriend , a friend, or a close family member? The way to show you care is through actions. Words are easy to say and often don't mean anything. If you fought prior to moving, then I would offer an apology and be up front that you feel bad and still care for the person. "the right time" is a myth. Do it now when the feelings of wanting to talk are the strongest or when YOU feel the strongest....there is always a possibility of rejection, but won't know until you try.

Hi Confused, It's always the right time,if you really like this girl. Why not drive there,and see her. Have along talk,and see where you both stay. Don't be afraid to see where your relationship is going. A Friend

u must always talk with her no matter how busy y r.constant contact even a simple word thru phone "how r u?" w'd do,this shows u care 4 her everyday.face 2 face chatting in a cafe to build up ur relationship is also a good way.besides phone,sms,email n internet r also good 4 contacting her.good luck.

next time you see her, take a bottle of wine (red) (cold) Only if you and she are 21 of course....If not, then forget the wine...
a small bouquet of flowers.
reach them out to her and say, for you, my sweet friend! Just to show you that I care about our friendship.....thats all there is to it.
She will have to say something, then go from there.. good luck.
