If you obey the laws we have chosen you leave it alone, remember innocent until proven guilty. If there isn't evidence to convict how can you be sure they're guilty.

If there's not enough evidence how do you know for sure? I mean, I know when my mom died I just wanted to blame somebody. It's not fair to do that without enough evidence.

Well they can try him in civil court. He can be convicted with even more than a reasonable doubt. Just like O.J. Simpson.

I would take him into civil court and sue him for every penny he has. Not sure what I would do with the money if I won, but I would definitely try to make him go broke.

I'd have to move. Doing something to this guy makes you no better than he is. Its sad how the court system works sometimes. Sorry for your loss.

I would do nothing other than stay away from them. Innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
