The drug smuggler was in a known drug runner area he ran away the struggled with another officer,he looked like he had a weapon he was shot in the butt got over the border then came back to sue for five million $ he had one million in drugs. the two cops are Hispanics BTW they will get 12 years jail for doing the job the little punks won't.Many patrol officers get shot at there ,Bush needs to go to jail(don't vote republican or Democrat=but Tan credo will get my vote.Call everyone you can to stop this.

If you are referring to the border patrol agents that shot a total of 15 rounds at the escaping illegal, they I'm afraid that it should not be prevented, IF I'm hearing the whole story correctly. The suspect was unarmed and running away. At the time of the shooting the agents had not yet discovered all the weed the suspect was transporting.
Law enforcement agents MUST obey the law just like the rest of us. If they don't we are all in trouble. Most LEO's do obey the law and set good examples but if the reported story is accurate, these guys should be in jail. Being in law enforcement doesn't give you the authority to just start shooting suspects.
I do suspect that there are some circumstances that have not been made known publicly however. But based on the currently available info the courts decision is just.

Hopefully Bush will pardon these two heros. If he wants to send the right message to those who are really breaking the law (the illegalls) he will stop the hell that these two unfairly prosecuted men have been through. He's already pardoned a number of real criminals.

They shot those guys in the back. That's a felony, especially for a cop.
It doesn't matter what you think of illegals or drug smugglers. These are not violent, capitol crimes.
A cops gun is not a law enforcement tool. It is to preserve human life.
Lock the SOBs up.

Are Congressman and Senator's need to hear from us. With enough voices they will listen and stop the madness.
