My DVD player wont work on my computer...?

My mom wants to play a DVD movie on my computer but when I put the disk in, it says I need a DVD Decoder. Whats wrong? I use to watch them all the time...

does you computer have a DVD player in it?? check that out first then call the company

I would say that your drive for DVD needs to be replaced pronto.
