Can anyone figure out why my screensaver won't activate in Windows?

I'm running Windows XP Media Center Edition. I've tried setting it for 1 minute, and it comes on okay. But then when I set it back to 20 minutes, I leave and come back and it's not on again. Same for power off settings. Can anyone help me?

Hi. Make sure the screensaver time setting is less that the monitor off setting or the screen will turn off before the screensaver becomes active.

Is something vibrating your mouse, such as a fan blowing towards your desk? It only takes a slight movement to wake from the screen saver!
