A friend filed bankruptcy 5 years ago but reaffirmed on her car. The transmission fell out last summer. Is there a way to get out of paying for it since it is worth way less than she owes on it.

She continuities to pay or the bank comes looking for the car to repo. The bankruptcy is on her record for 10 years anyway.

no way once you buy a car thats it they dont care they are jerks so good luck with that
