Over a thousand years ago, Christians were thrown to lions, burned alive, and murdered in the streets. No one was allowed to read a bible because only the priests could. Millions of people died horrible deaths over a lone period of time.
Now, we don't say the pledge because it has "under God." There is no prayer in school. People get called Jesus Freaks and are sometimes beat up. Oh, and lets not forget, sometimes a Christian's beliefs are called into question. People, especially on here, call it religious persecution, and its a sign of the end times. Can any Christians explain why NOW its a sign of the end times when it's not half as bad as it was?

Not sure where anybody got the idea that I'm a Christian. I'm a pagan, and I do believe that the whining over this so called "persecution" is pathetic. Would you like to go back to when it was REALLY bad? Was it a sign of the end times OVER A THOUSAND YEARS AGO? Jeez, some of you act like you didn't even read the question.
