my heart rate (resting) was about 48-50 is that BAD???????
im 14 but the teacher says i was really relaxed i think that is true

That is a common heart rate for athletes with a fairly normal blood pressure.
As long as you are physically active and have a blood pressure less than 120 / 80 , you are good !

People who are fit and exercise alot have low resting heart rates. Which is good. Seems normal i guess for a 14 year old.

I have a very low resting heart rate too. Sometimes, I can't even find a pulse.... but I'm a runner, so they say that's why.

Well, I think it's supposed to mean that you're very athletic and hopefully your 142 pounds are basically the weight of your muscles and not fat...

an easy working pumper is good - mine was 88 a few years ago
and I got it down to 62

the easier it ticks - the longer you last -

and then you get run over tomorrow by the shoppers at the mall!

No that is good. Do you run, some runners have very slow resting heart rates.

Are you really athletic and in shape?
A lot of athletes can get their resting HR really really low.
