Happiness : Proverbs 28:14 (It really depends upon the type of happiness you are looking for.) Please note: happy and happier are used in the Bible, happiness is not.
Jesus' blood: Eph 2:13, 1 John 1:7 (Gave you a couple here, not sure what direction you want to go.)
Gold: Matthew 2:11 , Acts 20:33 (Again don't know whether your talking about gifts of gold, gold as money, etc..)
Growth: Amos 7:1 (the word growth in only that form is found only in Amos, now the words grow, groweth, and grown are found throughout the Bible. For example, 2 Th 1:3
Grace: Acts 11:23 although examples throughout the OT and NT
Royalty: James 2:8
If you need specifics or need verses that go in another direction, let me know.
Lots of luck with your research, or whatever you are doing!!

HAPPINESS:
Ecclesiastes 2:26
To the man who pleases him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but to the sinner he gives the task of gathering and storing up wealth to hand it over to the one who pleases God. This too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind.

JESUS' BLOOD:
John 6:52-54 (New International Version)
52Then the Jews began to argue sharply among themselves, "How can this man give us his flesh to eat?"

53Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. 54Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.

Ephesians 2:13
But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ.

GOLD:
Matthew 23:17
You blind fools! Which is greater: the gold, or the temple that makes the gold sacred?

GRACE:
John 1:14
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

ROYALTY:
James 2:8
If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, "Love your neighbor as yourself," you are doing right.

Surely you are afraid of me,"says the Lord. "You shake with fear in my presence. I am the one who made the beaches to be a border for the sea, a border the water can never go past. The waves may pound the beach, but they can't win over it. They may roar, but they cannot go beyond it. Jeremiah 5:22
