I am naturally ash blonde, but sometimes in the winter it goes more strawberry blonde. How can I bring out that strawberry blonde more often without having my hair stylist constantly coloring it?

Don't color it at all. Natural haircolor compliments the skin tone better then any artificial coloring ever could.
