It seems most of the questions posed in the religion/spirituality category are from Christians trying to convince everyone else that they, alone, hold the Truth. They're not looking for honest answers, just an excuse to evangelize.

I thought the forum was dominated by people other than Christians who are trying to convince everyone that they alone hold the truth and are merely looking for an excuse to evangelize their position. If you are not interested in others opinions, don't come here.

Nope, i've gotten so much hateful answers from people who are not Christians that it overwhelms me sometimes. andm aybe sometimes they aren't looking for honest answers, but atheists obviously aren't posting honest answers when all they do is hate on the believers. Oh and by the way, we Christians, DO hold the Truth and we are asking for you all to accept it. And evangelizing is what we were commanded to do, and I would rather listen and obey to the Creator of the universe than to men...

Hon, this is a public forum. No one dominates anything. If people ask questions about God or Jesus, a Christian answers from the bible, or at least they should.

I agree. But at the same time I have seen so many Christans here who talk so pathetic about their religion. In fact i haven't seen any other person from any other belief cursing his religion. But Christan's do have this thing of speaking very foul language if they dont believe.
It shouldn't be encouraged.

I disagree. I've noticed more Christian "hate mail" and intolerant behavior from those who claim to be atheists. It seems that if someone tries to post a reasonable, honest question they receive mostly immature, antagonistic answers.

Actually I think the majority of the questions are by athiests or others who want to tear down the beliefs of Christians.

This country is dominated by evangelicals; the worst part is that they get to vote. If it wasnt for the bible thumpers the 04 election, and our current path and position in the world, would have had a better result.
