I see them ride around town and see them always riding a bike and wearing black suits, white shirts and black ties???? What is with that???

I am just curious if this is part of their religious beliefs

They are Missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
They serve 2 years, usually from 19-21 years of age. They are NOT paid by the Church for this time. They have worked and saved for this time, their parents also donate money for this. They get a minimal amount of money each month and they pay all their expenses out of that. There are usually 4 Missionaries to an apartment and they all split the cost.
Their suits are just normal business type suits, that are part of the Churches standards for them.
The bicycles are just the cheapest form of transportation next to walking. I have heard of Missionaries replacing pairs of shoes 3 or 4 times during the 2 years. I have also seen them in cars, but that depends on the size of the area or if it covers a rural area.

They are doing their year or two of volunteer mission work.

Because they have to do like 4 years, maybe it's 2 years, I don't know the exact number of service of evangelicalism but they can't use vehicles and they want to look nice, so yeah, it's a little weird looking to see men in suits on bikes, but hey, at least it's a good warning to run the other way.

They are true Missionaries and live the simplest life, while doing Missonary work. They are kind, respectable, peaceful young men. True Descipals of God. They ride bikes, because of their limited spending, while they are Missionaries. They travel many miles spreading the word of God. I am not a Mormon, but have Great Respect for the Missionaries. Be kind to them.

You know..I always wondered that you but you have to admire them for their beliefs I mean how many young people would do something like that for their beliefs?also have you ever noticed they always smile at you..gotta give em credit..

Are you sure thats latter day saint's? and not mormans?
Well first of all they go door to door and preach or deliver the message.
