Im trying to lose weight but I love green tea. Is it bad like soda?

Green tea is reported to actually help with weight loss. Personally, I love it too, but don't notice anything different about my weight. Soda is in a class by itself, it has sugar and chemicals in it. Make sure you are drinking green tea that is pure and if possible, organic.

no, plain green tea is very good for you actually. it is high in antioxidants and it also helps keep you hydrated. that is, if you are talking about plain green tea....anything with sugar added isn't a good option when you're trying to cut calories out of your diet. try using less sugar or buying the unsweetened version (if you are talking about iced teas). good luck!
