I also shined a flashlight in his eyes and he closed them immediately. Do you think he is blind?

who is "he"? your dog? need more info on why you thing he is blind.

Shining a flashlight in a dog's eyes isn't a good test. A seeing dog will certainly close his eyes if you shine a flashlight in them!
Does he walk into things? Does he not seem to see you when you walk by? If you throw a toy, does he go to it?
Have you taken him to a vet yet? He would be able to tell you for sure.

I am assuming that you are testing your baby's eyes. The flashlight will cause him to blink or close his eyes but the very best way to tell if you are having concerns is to take the child to the doctor. ( I am assuming it is an infant?)
Please leave more details of whom you are talking about and the age.

I DOUBT HE'S BLIND, UNLESS YOU HELD HIM DOWN WITH HIS EYELIDS OPEN AND THEN SHINNED THE LIGHT ON THEM FOR A LONG TIME :)
