They pretty much just ask you to tell them what happened. They usually record it, so have your story straight before they call. This happened to me twice and it is a little unsettling, but if you tell the truth you should come out okay. Good luck.

The facts of the collision. Just tell the truth. If that's not a good idea, then decline the examination or have a lawyer present.

You must have injuries, they are trying to determine if you have a valid claim. They will ask you questions about health, doctor income, credit history.
