Thirty heartbeats per minute is dangerously low. If this is of recent onset, like within the past week or so, call your doctor or go to an emergency room now. Let the ER personnel know what medicine or OTC drugs you are taking.

Yes, 30 is very low. Call your doctor immediately or get to the hosital if it is 30 asap. My Dad when into the ER and his was 35. They said he was in the middle of having a heart attack.

No..it means that if all the risks in this Earth do not kill you..you stand a better chance of living a long life...it also means you are less stressed out, which I personally envy!

YES!!!!

A resting heart rate of 30 is "Bradycardia".....and needs medical attention.....you run the risk of blood clot, stroke, and sudden death.....

Seek medical attention immediately.
