you know guys are a bit hard but when it comes to loving someone they tend to become fearful of losing you and tends to be more humble, understanding and caring... they usually wants to please you... maybe if he has temper mayb he does not care for you at all if he has many episodes of bad temper...

Only the person with the short-temper, can control it. If you think his temper is dangerously out of control, perhaps you can suggest anger-management sessions.

Threatening usually works. What most guys want more then anything is a girlfriend or a wife and if you leave them they're done for. I mean who's going to provide him sexual pleasure or, who's going to serve him food on the couch during football season. Just kidding but in a way im actually not. I don't say that because i believe it should be done but because it is. I am a guy and im also very anti sexist. You should even be with a man like that. But remember, taking always solves more then violence on most occasions. (Theres a terrorist with a hostage and you try to talk him out of killing that hostage. Yeah right.)

Do not stay with a "guy" who has a temper that needs controlling. It only gets worse with time. Do not try to fix this person and do not try to stay with this person. You will get burned!

You can't control someone else's feelings, they have too. And if you are chalking your own temper up to a "guy thing", then you are taking the easy way out and need to own up to your own downfall.

LOL.... If a guy can't control himself...how do you think you can control him? The person needs professional help....not an over zelous well meaning person.

I'm only going to say this:
RUN.
Don't even consider staying in a relationship where you have to consider how to control his anger.. You can't.
