Something like 1.5 million. But that's everyone even the administrative assistants. In terms of total war forces, the U.S. is said to be able to conger a force of 75 million soldiers, that of coarse is with a draft.
China currently maintains a force of 2.5 million troops, the largest in the world, but if total war occured; they could raise 366 million.

Exact figures are classified. You won't be able to find that out. All figures you read in the news are only estimates. Facts and figures are always altered before being fed to the public. Sorry, man.
