Put some Garlic Powder in her food. It works for old and sick dogs to eat. Just put about 1/2 tablespoon on a hamburger patty and cook until it's about rare. then break it up and put it in her food.

Have you taken her to the vet to make sure there's nothing physically wrong with her that's preventing her from eating? Sometimes if an animal is sick they just don't feel like eating and need medical attention.

If she gets a clean bill of health, try a few different foods to see if you can find one that she likes that's healthy for her. You can try mixing some turkey chunks or pieces of cooked hot dogs into her food to entice her, or buy one of the sauces available at any pet store and put some of the sauce on her food.

Once she starts eating you'll want to wean her off of the "treats" so she stays healthy.

You can try mixing a few tablespoonfuls of Cottage Cheese into the dog food. Another thing good for the dog that you can mix into the food is a few spoonfuls of Canned Pumpkin Pie Filling.
Even a few spoons of plain yogurt is good and any of these added to the dogs food might make it more interesting.
You could also try another brand of food but it may take some time for the dog to get used to it if she is acccustomed to human food.

i have a female dog like that to, i usually mix either plain yogurt or cottage cheese or canned food with her dry. I also notice that if i put her in her crate with her food she eats more than just letting her run around, they don't get side tracked this way and concentrate on eating

I think you should buy each of your dogs a cage and put them in there when they are supposed to eat. If the skinny dog finishes a right amount of food you can give her a treat or something she likes.

let her be hungry for a while and she will eat. it is not good to let then eat separte. just put the bowl far appart then put up the puppy , take him back to his bowl and be ver stern. let him know that he is bad.

the older dog is the #1 dog in the house and does not need trained the puppy need to learn limits

well she might be a little sick of her original dog food I would try buying her some different dog food and if she doesn't eat that you should bring her to the vet because that might be the problem

A DOG WILL EAT WHEN THEY ARE HUNGRY. IF YOU FEED IT HUMAN FOOD SHE WILL JUST HOLD OUT FOR THE GOOD STUFF. PUT YOUR FOOT DOWN AND DONT GIVE IN TO HER. SHE'LL COME AROUND AND START EATING WAY BEFORE SHE'LL STARVE HERSELF. BUT IF YOU ARE REALLY WORRIED I'D TAKE HER TO THE VET, JUST TO MAKE SURE

your female is jealous of the new puppy and that is her way of getting you to give her special attention. Baby her for a while she will come around
