There is absolutely no surefire way to get a boy to like you. There's no secret rule book or magic key or password. The key is to:
Be yourself. Never think " To get him to like me I have to be this type of person"
SMILE
Flirt.
Play hard to get. Act like you don't like him no matter how much you do. Treat him as friend first.
Did I mention SMILE?
Most importantly, love yourself before you love someone else.

You should wear clothes that compliment you figure and flirt like crazy. Once you find the right guy, make your presence be known around. Go right up to him and start talking about whatever and be a little girly and confident. Guys like that.

well just be yourself but more noticeable.
but i don't know what the guy u like is like. so i can't help u that much. so dress 2 times better [but not to much],get to know his friends [if u can],try to hang out with him more,and that's about all i got but i hope it's enough to do something.

When I was a young man, teens into early twenties, you could get me to like you by having sex with me. I just wouldn't have liked you for long...of course, most men are ruled by their gonads in that age group. Once I got over that period though, you could get me to like you by just being yourself and having a sense of humor. By being adventurous but not death-defying, and respecting yourself in order to be able to respect me. Ahhh, maturity...

find out his interests. ask some of your friends to talk to his friends to see if you guys like something in common. maybe theres a sport of activity u guys like to do

Simple.........just be yourself and don't try pretending to be somebody your not! Boys your age won't notice it, but as you get older the decent guys will love you for it.

put thought into ur outfit, become his friend, wear makeup but no too much, just foundation to cover up redness and zits. make sure its not all "cake" if u kno what i mean. try to be naturally pretty

You can't make someone like you, you can't make anyone do anything they don't want to do.
Just be yourself and if he takes notice then yay, but if he doesn't then accept it and move on.
