Get a man with strong hands to give you a good neck massage. Then take a hot shower and take up to 800 mg of Ibuprofen. You might need to change your pillow.

Get your man to rub it out. I get stiff neck/shoulder muscles a lot & nothings better than a good rub after a hot bath to loosen everything up

use a heating pad (or microwave a sock filled with rice) to loosen up the muscle and allow more blood flow. stretch it out when it is warm. should feel more comfortable tomorrow, after 2 days.

fill a tube sock with rice then heat it in the microwave for about 2 minutes and drape it around your neck
