I am currently at college but in 18 months I complete my HND in Beauty Therapy (Higher National Diploma) and would like to know about working in the US.

It has been a dream of mine to work in another country and as I dont have kids I dont really have any ties that would stop me, I just dont know how I would go about it.

Can someone help?

I am quite interested in going on to become a physiotherapist as after I have finished my HND I can apply to be in the 3rd year of a degree at university over here.

Apply for a student visa and apply to colleges/universities that interest you. Good luck!

Tough to immigrate and work unless you already have a US passport or can get a working visa. Your best bet is to join a company in your own country (UK?) and then transfer with that company to the US a year or so later on an L1 visa. Think about beauty companies with a presence in both countries: go find them on the web.

well where would you want to go, the arctic tundra, the big city, the tropical weather, the great plains, the mountains?

but any way the US tends to pay higher wages, but we dont have all the health benefits like the EU.

BUT our taxes are WAY LOWER!
so i guess you gain some and lose some!

*AND THAT BENT COPPA IS A LIBERAL TOO
SEE WHAT I MEAN

BUT IF EVERYONE HATES US, WHY WOULD MILLIONS WANT TO COME HERE?

but people here are very patriotic,(except liberals) and we smile alot more!

GOD BLESS YA!!!

You'll need to go through the INS/Immigration service to get a green card. Not sure how it works but a close friend of mine from South America is going throught he process right now. It takes a while.
