public school 4?

has anyone every been to public school 4 in jacksonville florida.

I would like to go there one day but its ruight in the middle of murder town and theres probably bums and drug dealers everywhere.

I think it's rather unfair for you to be judging an entire public school system you have admitedly never been to.
