Yo Mom and Macarthur are either too lazy to look up their own information or they are just repeating the same scare tactic junk that we hear all the time. That's what makes me doubt global warming, you can't seperate hyperbole from facts so much of the time. Watching Waterworld does not count as researching global warming and its effects.
Thylawyer seems at least to be on the right track. One flaw in your logic though, look up precipitable water and you would see that today, the average water suspended around the world is approx 2.5 inches. Even doubling that would not affect sea level much.

You can check the Wikipedia article on sea level, but the present sea level is close to the histroical high interglacial sea level.

It's hard to give a definite answer because water is dispersed through the earth and atmosphere as well as the oceans, and the warmer the air, the more water it can hold, so you have to make assumptions about aquifers being saturated and the atmospheric saturation. If all water were in the oceans, it would mean a rise in the sea level of probably about 30-60 meters (90 to 180 feet), but a lot of the water will be absorbed by the ground and the air, so it would rise maybe half of that, or less, depending on the air temperature and how much plant and animal life increased to hold the water (humans are mostly water, remember).

The whole world would be completely under water. Artic and Antarctic are huge. Larger than Australia and Asia, all combined. If the ice ever melted, only the fish would be living on this planet.
