I think that you are intelligent enough to understand the problem. That is the first step to a solution. Realising and accepting the problem.
First of all you need to understand if it is heriditary. Then you need to work along or around the existing problem.
1. Watch your diet. Don't eat if you don't have to. Get into the habit of drining chinese tea and substitute it with your eating cravings.
2. Reduce Carbos. I won't stay stay away from sweets or something like that. If you start a crash course, high chances you may go into a state of depression and may eat more.
3. Stop drinking any airated drinks. Again opt for ice lemon tea with less sugar and so on.
4. Get into excercise as much as you can. No need for a gym. Start going for walking in the early morning or whenever you can. There are a few tips available on the internet for proper, good and effective briskwalk.
5. Once you are fit enough or improve your condition or reduce your weight by a few pounds, get into a gym to turn all that fat into muscles and sculpt your body.
Good luck

Just make some small changes at first. Get 20 minutes or so of activity each day even if it is just marching in place or dancing to your favorite songs.
Then start substituting a healthy lo-calorie food for one or two of your usual snacks. For instance, its fun to make a healthy yogurt smoothie milkshake with fresh fruit, milk, yogurt and ice cubes in a blender. Ask your parents about trying this. You could have one of those instead of a Pepsi each day. That's about 140 empty calories in a can of Pepsi. Think how many that is in one week! If you only give up one a day...truly an easy way to make a difference. Or have a handful of pretzels and some tomato juice instead of potato chips. You get the idea. Just one or two little changes or substitutions per day. Gradually over time, make more similar substitutions. Try to steer yourself toward a healthy eating plan with foods like vegetables, fruit and some dairy.
Just don't try to do it all at once or it will seem like too much effort. Keep track of the little changes you make in a journal. At the end of even one week, you will see the progress you made!
I know this seems like a slow way to do it, but Rome wasn't built in a day. Anyway, you want your weight loss to last. And as you get used to each change, you can make another. You will be surprised how these little things add up. Add a few knee bends, squats or some similar exercise while you are watching TV. But the idea is to add it gradually so it will be easier to maintain.
One other thing: moisturize your skin well with something that will help it retain its elasticity. I am thinking of cocoa butter or a really good lotion.
Best wishes to you dear. I know you can be successful at this.

See your Dr about a healthy eating plan and life style.
Find a support group to keep encouraging you. Set a goal of ten per cent to loose at a time, the last ten percent will be the hardest. But you can do this!
Get mum, dad and family to get into a healthy life style with you.
There are lot of tempting foods, also was pick the healthier option. Once you become a healthy weight you will have more energy and feel great.
If there is emotional eating see a councillor as the underlying issue needs to be dealt with 1st. (Your dr can help you deside if there is).
Good Luck you can do it!

You need a lifestyle change. You can get down to whatever size you dream of being, but it will take time. You need to go to weight watchers meetings, they will teach you how to loose weight. The most important thing is to stick with it. Diet and Fitness is your reward for a healthy good looking body. You will see results, it just takes time.

I think you should talk to your parents or a teacher (someone you trust) they could take you to a nutricionist, that way the could check your blood sugar and do all kinds of tests on you. It's better if you lose weight in a healthy way rather than starving yourself. It could be something genetic that you don't have control over, go see the doctor. Good luck!

ok you are wayyyy to young to go on some crazy diet or exersise plan. i would start by cutting down on portions, not alot, but some. then run a little and slowly increase how far you run. running burns calories everywhere so you will start to lose weight and inches. if running and cutting back on portions doesnt help, talk to your parents or doctor about a better weight lose plan for someone your age. just please dont go overboard on anything, you could seriously hurt your self or become very sick. good luck!!!

You have to see the following persons:
Your parents, and ask them to take you to =>
A doctor, then
A dietitian or nutritionist, then
An experienced trainer who specialises in weight management, and this is the last resort =>
A surgeon
BTW did your PE teacher say anything constructive? He is partly responsible as well
You have all those adults to help you, if you still have a problem, talk to them, they HAVE to help you at once.
^_^ good luck
