Whis is better? Neat Bar B Q, the kind you have to put the sauce they give you on the meat and 4 napkins? Or Messy Bar B Q, the kind that has a couple slices of bread to soak up the grease, under the meat that has been slathered w/sauce and you need 40 napkins?
I'm from KCMO but living in Denver, CO so...your choice!

Nooooo! Barbecue is DANGEROUS to eat! It's messy and can cause prostate cancer! Try these goodies instead:
Celery Souffle
Artichoke Souffle
Cauliflower Pie
Doozer Stick Consumme
Frozen Radish Bisque (a traditional dish made of frozen radishes used to fight colds)
Radish Roast
Doozer Dust Pie (a pastry made from the fragments of Doozer sticks, essentially a leftover dish)
Radish En Croute (involves parboiling and a pre-cooked sauce)

Ive had both but the best was from "the man" in Bellevue Washington. I think his son played for the Seahawks. That was the best BBQ I have found. It was better than the place in KC that Carter's picture is at.

Store-bought B-B-Q sauce is NOT real. Go somewhere like Mikeska's (both in Columbus and El Campo), or that little place (Shorty's, I think) in Moriarty, NM. Sloppy, messy, but by-god good stuff. If you call that crap KC's good, you've never had REAL B-B-Q sauce.

When I want to get messy I'll take some babyback ribs.
But I also like Shreaded pork with cole slaw and baked beans.

that's a fantasy and there are animal cruelty rules right here now to ward off it. no person sells canines meat legally right here. you have Filipino's puzzled with Koreans. If it quite is on the industry at a roadside cafe attempt it, you're able to easily like it ! i did no longer circulate midway around the planet to consume at Mc' Donald's !

Mikeskas is nasty.... don't listen to the previous poster, ha ha ha. I like good ole Texas Bar B Que!!!! Messy, beefy, and sooo good. I have had bar b que from all over and it is always my favorite.

I like both, or all ribs I like dry and beef I like a little sauce and pulled pork i like lots...

since you use to live here in kc have you ever tried gates bbq its pretty good but i prefer jack stacks bbq over them because you get more for your money. and real bbq is i think supposed to be messy. i need a bib please!!!! because im about to go to work.
