This is almost too weird to mention, but in the past few months I have noticed these tiny red dots appearing on my chest and stomach and I have one under my left eyelid? They are flat and once they start getting old they look like a brown freckle or small mole. I alread ruled out heat rash because they never disappear!
Has anyone else experienced this?

A member asked if I have high blood pressure and no I don't believe so, unless it is temporary do to stress?

A member inquired about my age and I am almost 36 and fair skinned and burn easily. But these areas that the dots are on, on my body was not directly exposed to the sun. We lived in AZ for 3 years, so I figured if the one under my eyelid was caused by the sun then that is a possibility.

I did a search and the member who mentioned that the red dots were liver spots. The dots I have seem more closer to what the member said were 'blood moles' or 'ruby moles' when I searched.
They are SO ugly and it would be great if anyone could say they can be removed by experience or knew somebody who had them removed?

Thanks :)

Yes what it is, is something like a heat rash but you do not have the same effects. they start out kind of like chicken pocks but turn into freakles. what your skin is ftrying to do is change pigment. as the season to season come your skins goes through what is called an empybastic. its where your skin changes for the season of the year. to get you prepaired for the weather conditions. its totally normal people who have fair skin get it mostly. and ones with darker very rarely.

Without knowing your age and the climate you live in, it's hard to say. If you're in your 30's, 40's or 50's they might be age spots. Most of us get them. If you're in your teens or 20's, they might have rosecea, a hereditary condition that causes the type of spots you describe. It's aggrevated by exposure to sunlight. A visit to your doctor is the best plan.

You know... I may have the same thing. I have one tiny red dot on my neck and on on my arm, the one on my neck turned brown like a regular little mole. I've noticed my dad has a couple on his back. Have no idea what they are. They've never really bothered me. But if it really bothers you, you should go to a dermatologists to ease your mind. I'm not sure if they are cancerous or not... but it never hurts to check. :)

My brother suffered the same thing. It went away after awhile. He never found out what was causing it tho. Could be an allergic reaction to something or caused by stress. I'd speak to your doctor, just in case. Good luck!

Do you by chance have high blood pressure? I was told they are small capillaries bursting. Sometimes they go away and other times they don't. I have them all over my upper arms and some on my chest. The doctor says they are nothing to worry about.

it sounds like dry skin patches from not getting enough healthy fats in your diet. eat more nuts, avocadoes, and tunafish. if the extra omegas in your diet don't help, i'd see a dermatologist. the fact that the patches go away is a good sign, can't mean anything too terrible/permanent. but better to be safe than sorry!

Yep. No idea what they are and too afraid to ask a doc about it just in case it's something bad.
