I have depersonalization disorder- a disorder caused by stress. I don't conciously think about things that stress me out, and I try not to worry so much, but it doesn't work. Unconciously, and at random moments, I start worrying about things. Little things, usually. Can someone help me to reduce me stress?

What you need to do is learn how to relax and take it easy, just lean back and take a deep breath and let it out, and say to yourself there goes that stress, and repeat this as many times as you need to. Also you really need to stop that thinking when you start to think randomly about the little things that are worrying you.
and replace them with a pleasant thought. You really need to learn to say well this can wait, it is not that big of a deal, and by stressing on it i am just making it easier for me to get sick.
so then just call up some of your friends, or go out to dinner, or a movie, or get some pizza, and just kick back and enjoy yourself, then more you can learn to enjoy yourself, and kick back the less the thoughts should come to you and keep stressing you out. Also you can talk with a therapist or a doctor and they can give you more idea's. You really need to stay as possitive as you can, cause stress is causing neg. thought, so you need to replace those with positive thoughs.

Kick boxing, I found kick boxing is a great way to get rid of stress and all the exercise really keeps your mood up maybe go join a kick boxing class or any other activity to help get all your stress out things that really focuses what's stressing you and gets it all out in big bursts, do stuff that relaxes you is good to, going out with friends, seeing a funny movie do stuff that will relax you or totally exhaust you and leave you feeling good. Hope you figure out a way to deal with it all :)

I hope that you have someone who supports you emotionally, as well as a therapist or someone who understands.

If stress remains uncombatted, it may lead to depression, crying, apathy, overall sense of doom, fear of failure, and a loss of confidence.

Stress can be managed, reduced, and even eliminated by realistically evaluating the factors that lead to your stress, while keeping a sense of perspective of their possible outcomes.

stress... a very hard "sickness" as they say. just try having therapy.... uhm... while your doing work, try turning on some music or something. Befor you get mad count to ten and ask yourself if you really have to bother about these things... Try listening to plaesing music-RnB, acoustic- the light and slow music and if you have free time, try closing your eyes and breath calmly

Stop what ever you are doing at that moment and do some deep breathing that should help.

Do something that you like. Talk to friends who listen to you. You don't have time to worry if you're busy.
