I'm a surgical technician, and I'm madly attracted to a very single surgeon I work with. He seems to be pretty attracted to me too, the problem is, I "lock up around him". We were scrubbed into a surgey together, and I standing across from those gorgeous blue eyes, I couldn't think! He probably thinks I'm retarded, but he's always going out of his way to come into an OR that I'm scrubbed in to, or making eyes at me from the scrub sink. I suck at flirting, what can I do??? Please help!

He's kind of a geek, which I think is incredibly cute, and we have the same bizzarre taste in music. And the funny thing is, I used to flirt shamlessly until I started to feel like he was interested!

I would say to let a friendship grow organically. This guy probably gets a lot of women and to snag him, you're going to have to be something more.
