Well what you can do for this is to get out more, i know that sounds really easy , and we really know that it is not that easy when you are feeling like this. No one feels happy all of the time, and we all i think have bout with depression sometime in our lifes. You can go and talk to your doctor, or go and make an appointment with a therapist and they can help you get out of this..
something is causeing it, and your not happy, so what do you have to lose by going to a therapist, and working out whatever the problem may be. It may just be something simple and easly resolved, so i would say go and talk to some one that can guild you through this so you can get back to your self again and enjoy going places with your friends.

Sounds like depression to me. It wouldn't hurt for you to see your doctor and maybe go on an antidepressant for awhile. I've recently done it, I hate it because I see it as a sign of weakness, but sometimes you just have to do it.
Exercise also helps alot. I'm planning on going back to the gym so that I can get off of my meds. good luck to you. Things will get better, they always do !

I think you need to discuss this with a good counselor for talk therapy to get to the root of the issue.
Ask yourself these questions: when did this start, was there an incident that caused it?

I would talk with your doctor. This sounds like depression to me and there are som many ways to treat it. You and your dr can choose the right one for you. Reaching out is not weakness it shows that you care about yourself and that is awesome.

interior the movie "Liar Liar" the position his son on his b-day needs his dad had to inform the truth for all time - my renowned scene is the position he (Jim Carey) sleeps mutually with his boss and he or she says later on "so how became it" only for Jim to say "i have had more desirable" basically to get smacked... yet another classic scene listed interior the source... so as a guy, i'd say - you would get smacked... a lot - truly after being requested "does this make me seem fat"?
