No. Head of household requires that you have a dependent living with you and are paying more than half of the expenses of maintaining the household, or have a dependent parent and are paying more than half of the cost of supporting them. A dependent parent doesn't necessarily have to live with you to qualify you for head of household. With dependents who live with you, only if they are on a particular list of degree of relatives that the IRS has do they qualify you to claim head of household - there are a number of people who could be dependents, but you still couldn't claim head of household.
