Be very careful.
One, - you'll throw down your guard if you think he's so 'great'.
Nobody's perfect, -did you pluck out your own eyes?
Being (to appear) 'sad' might just accomplish his own goals, - got it?

To ur question. Yes, people like these do exist. Lets call them pure, pure by heart, no experience with any relations at all. So yes, these do exist.
Now, for your concerns. You need to be the nuturer in this relationship. Make him know how to live, be and survive a relationship.
In short, be his Mentor.
And Remember. Love Happens, not because it was planned but because, it had to happen.

With all positives ther are always negatives! else u could be seeing gods in humans form! generally u spot the weeknesses once u knw the person very intimately from close-quarters. I do believe ' too good to believe' people do exist........ but they do have their negative sides. If you like his plus points so much , may be that you can turn a blind eye to his negatives! Go ahead and give it a try. Be careful not to get hurt in the bargain! If you do get hurt........ what the heck ....... thats life........ move on then. But do give him a try!

As they say.. reality is stranger than fiction. There do exist people around us as the one you are speaking about. Its just that we are so much used to the filth around us that it is hard for us to believe if anything good comes across us and its human nature never to doubt something that is artificial where as we do turn our faces away from something that is true to its word. My dear, people like those do exist.

Why should you WANT to lie to him. If he is that good, hang on to him, be good to him and follow his lead. He sounds like a truly lovely man and people could learn a lot from him. If he is returning your feelings, then go out of your way to keep this relationship going

Good people DO exist in this world. Not all men are scumbag like you think. He might have great parents who taught him great lessons and principles in life which he now holds. Your concern should be, am i good enough for him?

People like that do exist. But sometimes they are just building up anger and they try to hide it.
