I am overweight!!! I need to lose weight! Help me please!!

Try more excercise and smaller portions also less red meats. Go with baked not fried and NO FAST FOOD!!!

I read in a magizine that if you jump rope everyday for a month for 10 minutes only, you will lose 10 pounds and if you jumpr rope for 10 minutes everyday for two months...you will lose 20 pounds. Isn't that easy and fun at the same time? It really works and it wouldn't hurt to try.

And I know you proably hear this all the time...but eating healhty and good actually does help you slim down a bit. Just rememeber....your goal for 2007 is to slim down and start excersing.....after your finished, you'll get the results and start feeling great!

Cut back on what you eat, don't skip meals, eat healthy snacks like carrots and apples, drink a lot of cold water. Don't drink sugared drinks or eat fast food--the salads are okay, but no burgers and fries. Don't eat a whole lot of red meat or a lot of bread products or sugared cereal. Move more than you have been==like take a walk or ride your bike every day. Good luck. The first little time is the hardest, but stick with it.

Sweat, sweat, sweat. The more you work and the more calories you burn the healthier you'll get. There's really no easy way to loose weight I think. Work out as much as possible.
