this is quite a length to go to loss wieght, from past friendships i have known people who went down this line and became highly addictive to amphets, i am not sure how much wieght your friend is hoping to lose, but they are other methods in lossing weight for example cabbage soup, this method uses more calories to digest
than it contains, this method i found out from a ice skating who was out of shape before a big competition. Althogh i have never tried it i one knew a semi professional male figure skaker, when he was touring he used a seven day crash diet, for the first five days he ate nothing and drank only herbal tea and Andrews liver salts, this completely detoxed his system and shrank his stomac, the last two days he ate small amounts of srambled egg five times a day, this rebuilt his protien levels and gave him energy for the event, i`ve never tried it as i think it would be unhealth but he swore by it and said he could shead ten pounds to a stone in the week. It might sound etremme and tthe foods might not be your friend preference but it a damm bit better than getting hooked on amphets

I do love diet pills & usually wholeheartedly recommend them, but your friends should be bloody careful with this. At his size I personally wouldn't take any weight loss amphetamine. It's going to put one hell of a strain of his seriously unfit heart and he may well end up having a heart attack. No NHS doctor would ever prescribe these pills for a man of that size.

Tell him to ditch the speed and go for Meridia (appetite suppresant) or Xenical (stops the body absorbing fat). In the UK you can buy them online without a prescription for about £60 per month. they're not without side effects, but there 100% safer than ephedra and the rest of them.

Hmmm, - being overweight combined with drugs that raise blood pressure = death. Exercise is a little bit like smoking! (yes that sounds crazy doesn't it?) - but it is. Once you start it's hard to give up. You get an overwhelming sense of wellbeing, and it increases as you progress. Get one of those charts from the doctors that tell you what foods to eat regularly and what foods to avoid altogether. Get a digital blood pressure monitor (the sort that wraps around the upper arm). Get a diabetes test, get a cholesterol test.

dont take any pills, of any sort. You cannot adjust dosage once swallowed.
Some good "putty" wizz will supress appetite, and you can snort it, therefore controll dosage.
wizz, is a name for speed, a common anphetamine.
putty is used as a base for cocaine adulteration, and is a poor mans cocaine. It is like window putty, slightly dryer, and chop it up with a razor blade or similar, very, very fine, and snort a line.
a thin line, 4 cm long. Very thin! and see. a £20 deal of wizz should give 5 to 10 lines, as a stimulant. adjust dosage, starting very small. its not great sniffed have water handy! (for throat).
people bomb (swallow) the whole £20 deal, but with good putty youl get a hell of an uncontrollable hit, sweating shaking and possible cardiac.
sniffed, lightly as suggested, is an effective appetite suppressant.
only use short term, with power foods like tuna, and vitamins, and hve days of rest, where you take non.
Dont do habitually for months on end.

I think it is a bad idea, he needs to cut back on his calorie intake.
amphetemine can cause a whole load of health problems and as soon as he stops he will pile on the weight again.

he needs to take some responsibility and not rely upon pills.

encourage him to join weight watchers or at the very least see his doctor for some diet advice.

well i really don't know what amphetmine is. but the way to lose weight is to be healthy ( no nesserially a diet) he needs to eat fruits and vegtables and excersise at least 1 hour a day. he should drink water, juice, and milk, diet sodas don't help u lose weight.

He can try it for a month and find out what the best dosage is...then he has to start dieting or it's all fruitless. It's only a kickstart, not a long term solution
