Last Summer New York senate was still up in the air about Lower Motor Vehicle Sales Taxes was to be 6.5 % across the board... I lost track when it was stopped. And I don't go there much anymore...

County Tax Chart... find your county for your tax... Link
((when you copy and Paste take the 2 spaces out))

I checked the car Auction out... Need to get a Car Fax before you buy this car... Paint work to front bumper cover ? and Or Hood? But looks good for a 2700.00 to 3000.00 RS Car. You can find 97 98 99 low mileage for under 3000.00... I find them all over for 1500.00 to 2500.00

If your looking to spend 3500.00 to 4000.00 Go for the 2001 EcoTec Cavalier you should be able to find one for under 4200.00 and 48000 to 70000 miles... You'll like it longer or a Z/24 with the 2.4 DOHC Quad 4...Both are alot better than that 2200 engine.

Good Luck and Happy Shopping.......

Exactly the same as your sales tax in your county. If you bought it from a private person they can give you a sales receipt with a lower number.

whatever sales tax is there in the county. that is all it should be for taxes. dealers can charge a "dealer" fee though so be careful of that. i wouldnt buy that car though for that kind of money. 2500 is more reasonable.
