i want to impress my boyfriends parents but they aren;t the uptight.you have to be perfect kind of parents either..WHAT DO I DO??

keep a conversation. talk, ask questions, you know the usual. show an opinion and speak your mind, but not in an offensive manner. just act as if you normally would around your own parents and that should fly well.

I know it sounds cliche, but be yourself. Don't worry too much about making a good first impression, because everyone judges people differently, and sometimes, even if you try your hardest, werar your nicest clothes, stay on top of your manners, remember which fork goes with which dish, etc., you may not make a good impression. It's like what they say about beauty: it's in the eye of the beholder.
