use a hair mud or gel that has good hold. get you r hair to almost dry...must still be damp. using the flat palm of your hand, rub your scalp in random circular motion. that will give you the bed head look. let it dry naturally and spray it to hold. try sebastion hairspray in the can since it is light and holds really well or aveda. aveda has a great pommade/ mud too and i love the smell of the stuff. it is great for both men and women.

why bedhead? try flipping your hair upside down, mess it up with your hands and then flip back up, do not brush.
