I listen to soothing music and calm down. Why give myself a heart attack or stroke. Anger only hurts the one who is angry. Big health issues if you can't let go of anger. Maybe big legal problems, too.
There are many sites that can help with anger management if you know someone who needs help.

I actually beat the feathers out of my pillow, although I don't punch hard enough. I have anger issues, but I'd rather not hit anyone or hurt myself by punching a wall.

I always say, if you have to release some negative feelings it is best to do a modified version of B: punch a pillow, that way no one gets hurt.
