im 5`1" & i weigh 117 pounds I think im kinda outta shape? my friends think im so skinny but i dont. i dont like my body & i feel so uncomfortable wearing a bikini because of my stomach . thats the thing i hate the most. my stomach. i think its so disgusting. its huge. everything else is skinny except my belly lol. what can i do besides crunches and running and all of dat? what should i stop eating? should i stop drinking soda? i really wanna lose weight & have a flat belly and nice abs for the summer so i feel comfortable wearing a bikini

switch from the sodas to juice and milk, at least they aren't empty calories. avoid junk food as much as possible, eat roasted or baked chicken if you have to eat fast foods. switch from white bread to whole grains. The best exercise for your abs that doesn't hurt a lot is swimming. If you have a pool nearby, and can afford to, do laps twice a week until you are tired. Little things like not putting mayo on a sandwich and switching from cream to milk in your coffee and tea can really add up. Good luck. I have to lose 50 lbs, and am sooooo hungry all the time!

Did you know that that might just be gas build up? If the rest of your body is skinny then obviously you don't have a fat build up. Fast for 2 days.. that will give the gas in your body time to dissipate and I guarantee you will loose 2 pants sizes. But remember that gas is very very easy to build back up so just watch what you eat.

I t would probably help you a lot if you did stop dri king soda that is a lot of sugar and carbs...so maybe keep up with your crunches and try flavored water insted and by summer you will probably have those abs you want...good luck

117 And you are complanning shame on you,if your weight was at 130 then I would say you had a stomach.What you do have you can hold in or just stop drinking soda for sure.Soda blots you.
