i am 24 and in pretty good shape. although i yo yo between 151 and 137. i know its a big diff but it depends on how i feel that month. so what i do to lose weight ... what i am doing right now... i wake up and walk 20 min to my ipod. fast upbeat music with wrist weights that weigh 8 lbs. eat sensible. u know whats good for u deep down and what isnt. like u know french frys and chips and cheese steaks are bad. eat slooooooooooow also. thenw hen i come home i eat and then work out on the treadmill another 20 min same as in the morning. i started last week and lost 10 lbs already. just be smart and not lazy. u know deep down what u need to do and what u need to eat. u just have to get to that point were u are motivated enough. good luck!!!!!!

Alternate between cardio and strength training, even if you don't get all the weight that you want off, people will notice the toness of your body rather than the weight.

Run, and go to the gym... Do situps till you puke and I can guarantee you will notice a difference.

You have to do these things regularly of course. One time won't do much good.
