the decision is ultimately yours. traditionally, the father of the bride, the groom and the best man make speeches.
i have included websites that clearly outline the role of each person and what they should say.
at my wedding, my father gave a speech and so did my husbands mother (his dad is not around) and so did our best man. to finish the speeches, my husband and I got up and said a ferw words, mainly to to thank everyone.
hope this helps!

Traditionally its the best man that gives the toast, but in recent years the trend has been the Maid of Honor toasts as well. But I have been to weddings where the whole head table and the fathers toasted the couple.
Its up to you guys, whatever you want to happen will happen. There is no right or wrong answer.

Some toasts work best with humor. E.g.: "To the bride and groom: "May bad fortune and bad luck follow you always, but never catch up."
